Seeing as how Shogun 2 allowed the used of such programs, and that Rome 2 will be utilizing the same engine, you can use the cheats program. I want millions! Will artmoney and cheatengine work? Don't even know what that stuff is, nor have I heard any mention of it, nor do I care to I'm assuming your referring to programs that allow you to make quick edits to in game money.
